FSA PRO Leicester & London have qualified for the next round of the ECFA Men's Knockout Trophy.
With our Cat One teams automatically through to round two, it was all eyes on both Cat Two teams to start this seasons cup journey. FSA PRO Leicester were drawn a tricky tie away to Brook House College, FSA PRO London hosted West Ham Foundation in a South Vs East tie in the capital.
After an excellent start FSA PRO Leicester found themselves 2-0 up inside 10 minutes. Ben Read found the top corner from the edge of the area and soon after Harry Collier finished well to double the lead. Brook House scored late in the first half making it 2-1 at half time. FSA PRO Leicester extended the lead from a Theo Braham deflected shot in the second half and managed to win the game 3-1.
FSA PRO London were awarded a 3-0 walkover over as West Ham pulled out just before kick off due to travel issues.
We now look forward to the next round draw.
