The Captains Voice

Updated: Aug 1, 2019

After a long and successful first season with the FSA PRO, we asked captain Jake Wormleighton about his experiences from a players perspective.

Casually sitting in the stands of our home ground, Aylestone Park FC, we asked Jake to sum up the past year and his experiences with the team. A very proud captain then had a hard time to put every moment into one sentence, being full of smiles thinking about these special moments.

"The past year at FSA PRO has been a great experience and I have developed a lot as a player, and as a person! Throughout the year we have had some unreal experiences, highlights including our pre and post season tours to Lithuania and Spain, and to top it off, winning the CAT 2 and being taken to the USA to play in the EDP soccer tournament."

Not only is he proud of what the group has achieved, he is already looking forward to the next challenges and his ambitions for the coming year.

"I am looking forward to the season ahead, developing myself further as well as developing the team, and achieving more success on the pitch"

Success makes you want to achieve more. And with this attitude we are sure the next season will be another great one for FSA PRO.
