FSA Pro Leicester Progress To The 5th Round Of The ECFA National Cup.

Our Leicester scholars put on a dominant display over a strong Thomas Telford team, in the 4th round of the ECFA National Cup.

FSA got off to a strong start, dominating the ball and causing early problems for the Thomas Telford defence. It took just 16 minutes to break to deadlock as Aaron Nuttall slotted home from 12 yards giving FSA PRO an early lead. Will Warren then doubled the lead with a calm finish into the bottom corner from the edge of the box, he then turned provider for Sam Carroll minutes later who made it 3-0. The dominant display in the first half was capped off as Joe Kerins go in on the act and made it 4-0 with a great powerful finish from the striker.

FSA started strong again in the second half, dominating possession and limiting chances for the opposition to attack with some great counter pressing. It took until the 69th minute to get our fifth as Ben White went, dived and weaved a great run and slotted calmly home into the bottom right corner. Joe Kerins then finished the afternoon of for FSA with a brilliant first time finish from the edge of the box and his second of the game. FSA Leicester progress into the next round of the ECFA National Trophy.
