FSA PRO stars' success three years after winning ECFA National Finals!

A lot has changed since 2022 but nothing more so than the career trajectory of three of our FSA PRO stars from that ECFA Nationals campaign.

Cameron Ashia, Denzel Akyeampong, and Dominic Johnson-Fisher were all part of our FSA Pro London that beat Leicester 3-1 in the 2022 ECFA National Cup Final to win the trophy. They all took part in our Fox Soccer Showcases in the USA, including getting picked up by scouts at our Hudson Sports Complex event.

Cameron was scouted by Derby County Academy at our Showcase, joining on a scholarship until the end of the 2022/23 season. He joined Huddersfield Town in 2024, making bhis debut against Doncaster Rovers in the EFL Trophy. On 9th August 2025 Cameron made his senior debut for Huddersfield, scoring in the 93rd minute in a 2-0 win away at Reading. He followed this up with another goal in the game after, a 2-2 draw with Leicester in the EFL Cup which Huddersfield won 3-2 on penalties.

Denzel was a trialist at several clubs including West Bromwich Albion and Akademisk Boldklub after breaking through at Tooting Bec, scoring 16 goals in 14 games for their U23s. Denzel was spotted by the head coach of USL League One side Charlotte Independence at a FSA Scouting Showcase, and signed his first professional contract there in June 2023. After a spell at the US-based club, Denzel trialled with Torquay United, the club he has just signed a contract with on 23rd August 2025.

Dominic came through non-league football at Steyning Town before earning a move to Isthmian League side Whitehawk in the summer of 2023, where he impressed with a Goal of the Month-winning strike against Lewes in the FA Trophy. After catching the eye of Truro City scouts, Dominic signed for the National League South side in January 2024 and went on to make 13 appearances in his debut season. The following campaign saw him feature regularly, scoring twice, including in the dramatic 5–2 final-day win over St Albans that secured Truro’s league title and thus promotion. In July 2025, Dominic committed his future to the club by signing a new two-year deal.
