Goals: Cameron Day (2), Harrison Boot (2), Theo Braham
Fox Soccer Academy remain top of the league after a dramatic late show at home to Palmer Centre of Excellence.
FSA started brightly, creating several early chances, with Aidan Neale and Brooklyn Cooke looking lively up front. Harrison Boot tested the goalkeeper with a long-range effort, and Cameron Day was on hand to follow up the rebound and give FSA the lead.
Boot then doubled the advantage with a well-taken penalty into the corner, giving FSA a deserved 2-0 lead.
Aidan Neale and Harry Collier both had big chances to extend the lead before the game was turned on its head by two quick goals. First, a penalty was awarded after a long throw into the area and was converted to make it 2-1. Moments later, FSA failed to clear their lines, allowing Palmer to pounce and equalise. Soon after, a needless free kick was parried into the path of a striker, who made it 3-2 to Palmer at half-time, despite FSA controlling large parts of the first half.

Another defensive mix-up early in the second half saw Palmer score again from the penalty spot, leaving FSA with a mountain to climb.
FSA pushed forward relentlessly, spending most of the remainder of the game camped in the Palmer half. Theo Braham headed in from a corner to pull one back and keep the game alive.
FSA continued to create numerous chances, but it looked as though their luck had run out until the closing minutes. Cameron Day rose highest to head home from a Harrison Boot free kick, before Boot himself converted another penalty following great work from Deano Roberts to complete the comeback.
