FSA Pro continued their 100% record in the ECFA Cat 1 league with an excellent performance in what was a tough challenge against Tresham College.
The game started evenly with FSA Pro having good possession in their own half and Tresham dropping off to win the ball in the middle third of the pitch. Despite a majority of possession from FSA PRO it was Tresham who looked most likely to open the scoring with 2 early chances but were unable to make them count. In the 16th minute a superbly weighted through ball from Harry Smith found Brodie Stewart in on goal to finish well in off the post. Three minutes later the lively Christian Smith turned well and finished into the corner to double the lead at make it 2-0 to the visitors. FSA Pro continued to have a good spell and were unlucky not to add to the lead when Christian Smith just missed a header from an excellent Jake Warren Corner. Tresham responded instantly with a cross field pass headed home at the far post to pull the game back to 2-1 at half time.
FSA Pro continued to be put under pressure and had to defend resolutely until Brodie Stewart added the goal of the game curing a shot into the top corner in the 56th minute to make it 3-1. Tresham Continued to press for a goal but the FSA PRO back line stood strong with Dom Retsis and Taylor March excellent through out.
